Buying Prosedure

When the client chose the property he wants to buy, he signs the documents which oblig him to buy distinguished property and pays some deposite for the property, what   is destuingwished in the contact. In the contract the paymet schedule is also cleared.  After that the buyer can go back to his own country and all the procedure will be done by the real estate agent.

The documents that are needed to buy a property:

1) xerocopy of the passport ;

2) 4 foto of passport format.

First the copy of the document of ownership from owner(TAPU) and the copy of your passport will be send to Izmir Army Headquarters  to get permition to buy this property by the resident of foreign state. The garanteed period of time by Government to search the documents is 3 monthes but it can vary from2 to 4 monthes . When the permition comes you can come back to Turkey to get the documents for ownership yourself(TAPU) or you can write a letter of attorney to get TAPU from your name by real estate agent.

So the property buying procedure in Turkey by foreign resident is quite simple.
