Turkey in Present
Turkey is a developing country in the present. It is known all over the world as agrarian-industrial country. The base of the agrarian economy of Turkey are tobacco, cotton, sugarbeets. Also leather and light industry are well developed in here. East part of Turkey is known as agrarian part(cattle and crops); Westen, South-Westen and Southen parts of the state are earning with the help of very developed tourizm sector.
In İstanbul –big metropolian city- tourizm (there too many sightseeings of the period of Osman 
Empire) and industry are both well developed. The biggest factories of light industry are in Istanbul and Izmir. Also the biggest leather factories of Turkey are in İstanbul.
The biggets centre of summer tourizm is Antalya region( Tekirova, Chamyuva, Kirish, Kemer, Beldibi, Antalya, Lara, Belek, Side, Manavgat, Okurdjalar, Konakli, Alanya) and Aegean Sea region (Fethiye, Marmaris, Bodrum, Aydin, Kush Adasi, Cheshme, İzmir). The centre of winter tourizm is Bursa.
Very big importance for Turkey has also golden industry. Turkish jewellery companies sell their golden products in more then 100 countries all over the world, the main importers of them are USA, UAE, Italy, Germany, Russia, Spain and Izrael Of cource, the centre of the biggest jewellery factories is also İstanbul. Jewellery companies ‘Favori’ and ‘Goldas’ are the leaders of golden industry in Turkey.
In common all technick and cars are imported from abroad. The most famouse turkish household 
appliances’ brand is BEKO.
One can see very seldom old cars in the streets.
Except of light industry, agriculture and touristic business, construction industry is very developed in Turkey. The most developed this industry is in the touristic regions and in İstanbul. In the touristic regions real estate is constructed mostly for foreigners. But the last times also turkish people prefer to invest their money buying real estate properties.
Medical and biological searches are not provided to be developed. Also development of high technologies in the present are not one of the priorities of the country.
